Access your procedure history, warranty status, and implant registry. CityID authentication required.
Patient records are accessible to licensed OmniTech medical staff, Watch personnel with active health orders, and your assigned Kanemori Wellness Monitor. All access is logged.
POST-PROCEDURE CARE GUIDELINES

48-Hour Rest Protocol
All OmniTech cyberware installations require a minimum 48-hour recovery window. Strenuous activity, unlicensed network access, and non-compliant cyberware during this window void procedure warranty.

Signal Monitoring
Your LifeLink will transmit elevated health telemetry for 72 hours post-procedure. This is standard and cannot be disabled. OmniTech Wellness will contact you if anomalies are flagged.

Warranty Compliance
Do not modify, remove, or have a third party service your OmniTech implant. Unauthorized modification triggers the Reclamation Clause (EULA §9). OmniTech reserves the right to remote-lock non-compliant units.

Follow-Up Appointment
A follow-up scan is required at 7 and 30 days post-procedure. Scheduling through this portal requires CityID+. Standard CityID holders may schedule in-person at any licensed OmniTech clinic.
SCHEDULE A PROCEDURE
CityID required at intake. CityID+ holders receive priority scheduling.
OMNITECH RESEARCH PROGRAM
Participate in OmniTech's ongoing cyberware research program. Qualified candidates receive free installation, 12-month post-procedure monitoring, and a GLD stipend.

Watch units carry OmniMed Stabilisation Injectors and can request emergency OmniTech dispatch. Direct emergency line access requires Watch authorization.
RECLAMATION CLAUSE NOTICE (EULA §9)
OmniTech cyberware remains OmniTech property until the full purchase price is satisfied. Units subject to payment default, unauthorized modification, or licensing violation are eligible for reclamation. Remote lock may be initiated without prior notice. Physical reclamation may be coordinated through Watch Services. By using this portal you acknowledge you have read and accepted these terms.
